LOSE the STRIPES!! car looks so much better without them man. i didn't like the CF lip either.. cf just doesnt look good on anything accept maybe white. cars dialed otherwise.

Thanks again for help with my decision everyone. Like I stated earlier, i like them. But sometimes it seems a bit much for me. I just need some help to sway me one way or another.

loose the stripes. less is more. if you have to start a thread because you are second guessing yourself, its for a reason.

I wouldnt say second guessing. Ive had the stripes on for about 8 monthes now. I like to change the appearance of my car from time to time and looking for some guidance from other mazda people, maybe. But either way, thank you for your input.

Keep them... with the gold stripe, your car looks badass. Love the eyelids too. I'm actually considering ditching mine in the spring because I don't want my paint to fade unevenly... but I might just keep them on one more year.

Strick, your car is gorgeous bro, regardless of which way you decide. With that said, I say remove them. I think the stripes make the car look too rally-esque, not a fan of that look per say. It's obvious you are going for a clean sleek slammed stealth look, I say remove the lids and stripes. Keep everything else as is. Well except for painting the grill black and possibly the lower center grill black.

Like so, but I no longer have eye lids or tow hook license plate. You get the idea for the grill, tho.

I wasn't a fan of the stripes but the simple gold accent really made a difference in ur ride imo. I'd say keep em. Makes it different. Don't know about anyone else but I like to be different. Car looks great

Thanks man, I think im going to leave the stripes for a few more months until i can plot out a new theme. Ill probably end up doing the grill when i change stuff around. thanks for the input

Thank you. The tires are Nitto INVOs. They have been great tires so far

I bought it for 250$ from another forum member. Im not sure how much it was new, or even where he got it from. It fit great and looked good though.

I can see why you would keep em and why you would ditch em... I bought a roll of flat black vinyl and put some on mine 2 years ago. My car isn't garaged sadly and the salt spray from other cars on the road has taken a toll on the vinyl so I stripped off mine last week. I kind of like the cleaner look, looks like it has less to prove and is more sleeper but I also liked how it looked before, so either way I think it looks good. Your's looks hella good with the gold though....
