So I got a call from my dealer's "Headquarters."
I'm in Virginia, the main office is in North Carolina (they have 3 Mazda dealerships and sell a bunch of other manufacturers.)
This was a "How was your service experience" follow-up.
He's gonna find out why I have not heard back on this issue.
I also complained about them not wanting to check my tranny fluid (in another thread) and he's gonna check on that as well.
