which is pointless, all you need to do is give the paint something to adhere to, by scuffing/sanding the surface.
Ive painted my stock wheels like 6 different colors, it took me max 30 mins per wheel to prep it
and I taped up the tire, worked pretty good
no primer??....i was under the impression to get the best adhesion/outcome, getting down to bare metal to give it a couple coats of primer/rust inhibiting primer was optimal
