I'm going to answer this because it looks like it is being ignored -
We don't know! We do know the turbo is capable of some pretty good numbers, but it is outside of its operating efficiency at about 19-21 psi. With Menthenol/Water injection and proper tuning, there are some great numbers out there, like 390+ torque if I remember correctly. So far that engine has held, so who knows what it will take.
The rods are a weak spot RELATIVELY, but they'll hold under nominal conditions. The block is probably incredibly strong, as most new motors are made via computer analysis and good casting techniques.
A good question to ask the forum members or to search for is "what will it take me to get xxx performance out of this car?" You fill the x's and we can probably help quite a bit, as well as can searching around. Lots of great info over the years.
