Steps to get 300WHP

sure there is some stuff i left out. but that is alot of it!!!

I'm planning on hitting right around 300hp.... I think I can do it with stock turbo and internals.

I must have got a good one from the factory, my car put down 170whp (opposed to crank hp like they are rated) when I first got it. I hit 248 hp (crank hp, different dyno) with intake, exhaust, and Unichip.

We'll see what she does in a month.

Actually the tuners showed it running at 6psi stock.

That doesn't make any sense unless your timing was advanced a lot, but then you probably would have shown detonation. Most MSP are running 135-150 stock on the dyno. 170 would just not make sense unless your dyno was screwed up. That's like 195-200 crank HP.

There are numerous varibles to a cars hp output.

I never had to flash the thing, never had that rear suspension squeak, never had the hesitation problems others did.... Just an all around good car from the factory I guess you could say. Had perfect engine clearances, etc....Who knows.

go run it at the track, if you trap over like 92 then we will call it a factory freak(if ur still stock). Don't try to compare dyno numbers guys, they will never be the same.

How much was that turbo kit and how much power did you get out of it.

it was a pieced together kit i dont remember the exact amount probably 3500, power. well lets just say alot at 9psi =), im going to the track friday we will see what i run, i don't go on dynos....
