Ok im sure all of you have this problem but its not serious enuf of a problem to make you guys bring it up on this forum or mention it to your dealer....

but im really curious if this can be fixed so here i am the first one to mention it...

When you pull out of driveways (turning right or turning left) you have your steering wheel turned to the right or left... almost to the furthest it can go...correct?

so you see an opening and you start pulling out of the driveway.... you step on the gas.. pulling out... and there it is....!!

a rubbing/ tire spinning sound......!!! it only lasts for 1 sec or so.... it stops after you start straightening you car....

it happens to my MP3 and my friends MP3.... anyone know what it is?!

for those ppl who dont quite know what im talking about...

go out and try it now!.. im positive all MP3s do this....

just go out and make a right or left turn...... and apply gas... i dont mean FLOOR it.... but just a normal step on the gas....

it makes that damn noise!

ya it's normal! its because the body of the mp3,mp5,msp is so rigid. the body doesnt flex that much. in my mp5 i can pull in my driveway at an angle and i hit 3 wheel motion. really nothing to worry about. your tires are spinning because weight is being lifted off the one wheel or there just lifting off the ground.
