hey everyone, i have two stealth boxs for gen one mazdaspeed3s. price is $150 plus shipping. after like 2 months of working on these things a little at a time i finally got both of them done. they are both made for 8" subwoofers. to make things easier well call the longer one #1 and the shorter one #2(the order i started working on them in).
-number one SOLD has a little more air room than number two but not alot more so it might sound better, it also sits more flush with the wall than number two (#two shown if picture below mounted in car). on the down side, the mounting depth isnt as much as number two.
-number two SOLD is the second one i did. overall it is a little "prettier" than number one but pretty much all of it is going to be covered anyhow so who really cares and the mounting depth is more so if you have a deep sub this might be for you.
-they both have around 6 layers of figreglass and use 3/4 in mdf. they both also have wires ran and connectors put on. all you will have to do is run your wires and crimp on the male end i will send with the box and then connect them to the female connector comming from the box. they both also have a bolt hole drilled out and will include a new mounting bolt and rubber washers to help keep the box from rattling against the metal wall.
hopefully everyone finds 150 a fair price. they took my a long time to make, fibreglass work isnt the most fun thing, i think my car will forever smell like fibreglass from making the molds in there and it costs 40-50$ a piece to make. hopefully i will get faster at making these and i will make more if i see enough interest in these two. thanks for looking.
