Audio system issue

Hello,
My 2020 Mazda CX-5 has begun experiencing problems with the audio control system. The radio stations change on their own, audio tracks skip automatically, and some settings adjust without any input. It’s quite frustrating.

I’ve attempted to reset the system to its default settings, but nothing has worked. I’m starting to suspect it might be an issue with the Mazda touchscreen or the tablet dashboard. I’ve also tried updating the system, but that didn’t help either.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Any advice on how to fix it would be appreciated.

Search for "Ghost touch" in the forums. You'll find plenty of info. There was a class-action suit and Mazda has extended the warranty for 2 more years to replace the screen. You'll need to go you your dealer.
