station move up/down greyed out

new car, this is bugging me. Most of the time when I hit add/edit station, the move or delete option is greyed out. Is there a trick i'm missing? It doesn't matter how I arrive at station list..by clicking favorites or stereo icon button.

Are you doing it while driving? It's been a while since I've done this, but I think you have to be stationary for all of the functions to work.

I second this - I discovered the hard way that for ALL functions of the Infotainment system to work, you need to be stopped/parked.
