Starting issue and warning lights (2016 CX-5)

Hi. I have a 2016 Mazda CX-5. I had a hard time starting it today (it seemed to struggle to start for maybe 15 seconds) and when it finally did all the warning lights on the dash came on as well as saying the smart city break support malfunctioned/disabled. I turned the car off for a min and back on and it started right up and only the check engine light was on. It ran fine and i took it to auto zone a little while later to get the check engine light diagnosed.
They came back and said it was related to the power train system and the code (P0335) may be related to the crankshaft position sensor "A" circuit. I also had a unknown code under the Antil lock brake system. They said i would need to take it in somewhere to truly find out what the problem is.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? A friend mentioned it may be a computer glitch. Just curious if anyone had a similar experience. Thanks!
