I would take Jeri Ryan over Natalie Portman any day....
I always loved Wars and Trek as a kid, but Star Wars was always my favorite by a mile.
I will say that I was really disappointed with the star wars prequels, as I'm sure many of you SW fans were. But as for the original movies, and the complete storyline, the mythology is just great. Original Star Wars trilogy > all... (minus the ewoks)

Maybe its just because I'm 26 and Jeri Ryan is like 40.... Natalie Portman is about my age. I'm not into the milf/cougar thing
Jerri Ryan is 41. I did not know she was that old.

This really is an issue of perspective. To me Jeri is a hot young thing and Portman is a child.
I`m sorry, but for main stream TV no sci-fi female has ever had an "oh my god where the hell is the rewind button on my DVR" scene like T`Pol in the decontamination airlock in what amounted to a steamed t-shirt.

Awesome, now I just need find someone to go with, I hate going to movies alone and my wife def. won't go! I'll just have to get used to "Sylar" as "Spock"
I thought he did pretty damned good. Also Karl Urban as Bones was spot on. He really does the character justice.
I hate going to the movies alone. Looks like I'll be soloing it this time around as well. All my friends have either seen it or think Star Trek is lame.

Are you watching it on the IMAX? I think I'll need to dish out the extra few dollars to do so here
Yup! I'm even going to an IMAX theater that's about 40 minutes away, since my local one definitely isn't the greatest.

Thats awesome that your wife likes it too, my wife just laughs at me about it, ha ha. Well, at least we have the same interest in music (metal... go figure, a metal loving sci fi geek?) and cars
