SRI question

I was wondering if a short ram intake from an 03 protege will fit on the MSP? I have access to one, (back in my home town) but cant measure it, or whether its worth it to install it. I can get it from a buddy that no longer has the car and said I could just have it. I searched for throttle body size and intake pipe sizes but came up short. Sorry if this is a completely stupid question.

Absolutely will not fit. The intake pipe for the MSP goes down to the turbo, and the non-turbo model the pipe clamps onto the throttle body.

Yeah I made the same bone-headed mistake. Lol. Being new to turbos I didn't even think twice. I bought this kit.


Then realized it was the wrong kit when it came in the mail and I tried to install. I just ran it like this until I got an Injen CAI to use. Now to sell the SRI made for N/A Proteges.
