I thought I recognized that! They have a shop here in town. My friend interned for them last year for a few months and helped them put the clutch and tranny in it. I saw him race it in Gainesville last summer (before the new clutch) and he was running mid to high 11's with slippage. If you just saw it sitting there you'd think it was pretty ghetto, but it's a beast.

SR20DET... HOW THE HELL IS IT OVERPLAYED?!?!?!!?!?!? do you see tons of this engine every day? Unless you are dreaming about it every 2 seconds, there is no way in hell this engine is overplayed. Props to the guy for the engine swap. I bet this thing is a beast (thumb)

you cant overplay an engine...

there arent enough out there for everyone to be unique. If you've got a honda and want to make it fast you can do a B16a, B18c, B18cr, or H22a depending on budget, N/A or FI, and weight distribution...

If you've got a nissan its SR20DET, RB25DET, RB26DETT, etc...There are limited options, but the sr20 is the cheapest and most readily available.

It's not an RB26DETT, but this is still the most insane motor I've seen in a 7.
