Sr20 t25

I have a T25 Flanged housing for a GT30 Turbo if anyone is interested in going "Bigger"

You will need to find a GT30, but they are common.

great info
getting ready to do this myself
would be nice to have a part list of what is exactly needed to make the t25 SR20DET turbo fit the MSP

i guess trial and error will suffice for now

i do have a fresh rebuilt sr20 t25 ready to go in my forsale ad which is ready to bolt on if anyone is interested.

i can also post up all the parts i used to make mine convertable.

Very interested as well

I'm on a tight budget with my first baby on the way very soon... I have a suspected oil seal in my stock garrett going bad and I'm sucking a little oil into my throttle body and want to get this fixed soon I've never taken a turbo apart because this is my first forced induction car I've owned ... I am a handyman by trade though and I am mechanically inclined. My brother has a t25 sr20 a/r 80 sitting in his garage could I use my turbines from my stocker inside my brothers spare t25 housing and would that fix the oil seal problem? Keep in mind I've taken my inlet pipe and outlet pipe off my stock turbo and I have almost zero shaft play. Can anyone give me some insight with ideas and such? Thanks

Oil leaks cuz of dirty air filter. Stock t25 is ball bearing. If you take it apart you'll break it, and you cannot get service parts anyways.

I just installed one of these on my car. you'll need to clock the turbo, so you'll need some snap ring pliers. you'll also need the wastegate bracket from a stock msp gt255r which will need an additional hole drilled out so you can mount it. on top of that you're gonna need the inlet and outlet flanges and one of the holes in the s-pipe will need to be enlarged with a file. it's pretty easy to do just take your time

I'm going with a T25 as well. besides the 2 bolt inlet flange and 3 bolt outlet flange, will I also need new oil lines or adapters?

everything should bolt up, you will need a smaller oil restrictor though. you'll also need to clock the turbo

After I clock the turbo, where do I mount the waste gate? I wanna use the one that came with the turbo, do I still take the bracket off the MSP turbo and modify it?

when I was trying to get my Tb2804 to fit, I had to trim the wastegate bracket and drill out the holes a little on it.

just making the holes bigger on the bracket because you probably won't be using the original mounting bolts\location.
