Eibachs and JIC are the best quality for your ride at this time.
Both well know companys and great reputation.
I personally would go with Eibachs ... better price and decent drop for the Protege5 and again, good quality.

I have eibachs in the back (pro-kit) and Ground Controls in the front.

Yes, I do have both sets. I originally put the pro-kit on a couple of years back and since then I thought the front was too high for my tastes. I ended buying the Ground Controls a few months ago and just installed the front coilovers. One day maybe I'll do the rear.

im waiting for my tokico shocks to arrive so i can put on my prokits so once they are on ill definitely give u may opinion..
but Eibachs are great quality and have an awesome reputation
so in my opinion u cant go wrong

you don't need new struts with the pro kit. i've had those springs on for over a year now, no problems. eventually, your struts will wear prematurely, because of the springs. then you can get some tokico's to go with the pro kit springs!! (just ordered mine from mitch @ protege5online.com)
