Wow...that nitrous setup on the IC looks sweet...clever idea...

Hey spoolin...are you running into any over-heating probs with the IC in front of the radiator...are the fans keeping it under control? Is it okay at idle? Are you even having cooling probs?

Spoolin your using the Greddy BOV right? I'm using the Turbo XS type S on my setup and test fitted it last weekend and ran to 4 PSI but was cut short due to the EGR valve not being in place. The Greddy sounds sweet though I knwo that my friend has it on his MR2 my TurboXS BOV vents around 106 Db's so it isn't quite at all. I'm planning on running a constant 7 PSI through my manual boost controller.

And about that N-tercooler setup from NX I wouldn't advise anyone to use it! I had a buddy of mine crack his intercooler from the dramatic temp. change. And he was running a A'Pexi intercooler core so it wasn't anything cheap.

The easiest and cheapest thing to use for an intersooler misting kit is Isopropal Alcohol and water(rubbung alcohol and water). Afriend of mine has a Celica All-Trac and he made one for his. It was very simple. Nitrous does cool much better, but it's expensive. Alcohol isn't quite as good but I noticed a huge difference. All he used was a windshield washer fluid pump he bought at a junkyard, and the tank from it also. Cost him about $30.

Damn that sucks! I was planning on using nitrous to spray my intercooler.

N20 discharges at -75 degrees F. Hence why it cools things down so quickly. you could use a low dry shot say 20-30 spraying before the intercooler and it shoudl give the same effect. Plus the shot would be so far away it would disperse by the time it got to the engine so it would mainly be a cooler.

Oh yeah Spool...hit me up on AOL sometime i need to ask you a few things about your intercooler my setup ended up not working due to the charge piping placement so I am goign to have to modify a GN intercooler i have to fit front mount...I need to know how you routed your charge piping...i'm going to have to go non-intercooled for now.
