No, it's a 335i. The whole front end is different and when you see it sideways, it is longer and more streamlined looking than the ugly scrunched up 135i.

He probably turned off stability control to do a cool burnout too. So then the rear tires get away from him and he smacks into the sidewalk like a retard.
