Some small issues on my P5, help?

Water puddle under the car is normal. You would have problems if it did NOT have condensate dripping. All cars do it, water accumulation is part of how the ac works. There's a drain tube in the passenger floorboard specifically for this reason :)

That motor mount is easy. Use a floor Jack and 2x4. Put the 2x4 under the oil pan, and lightly Jack the motor up so all the weight is off the motor mount. Remove the old one and replace with the new one. You may have to play with the jack to lift the motor a bit more or lower it a bit, just so it fits into place. But it's an easy job, shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes to change the top one of the passenger side out. Basically same process if you're changing the others, just Jack in different spots to take the tension off the mount, remove and replace.
