@ :12 on the video..what is that piece that went flying thru the air? Air forced it to fly... Recirc connected all the way?

im sure thats the recirc'd air blowing debris off the filter element

No it was just some dust or leaves that were in the engine bay we double and triple checked everything and everything was connected perfectly.

Can someone explain the differences in the different springs?

not saying that anything was off or loose. its normal for the boost that is recirc'd to come out of the intake since the engine can only use so much of that recir'd air, the rest has to go somewhere

Yellow is the softest, Blue is the next step up. Whatever color you got after that, green or red (usually red), you won't need at all.

If the spring is too soft for the boost pressures you are running it will open too early and "leak" the boost off. Yellow is still an upgrade of what is stock. The shims are there too adjust the preload of the spring, which will adjust how quickly the BPV opens.

cool thanks for the info, im running the blue spring with stock boost. sounds great..y do u say i wont need the red spring?

Shhhhh ping!

I love it. I'm getting my forge tommorow hopefully.

Be careful installing it because many, including myself, have stripped one of the bolt holes. The Aluminum is very soft and the Forge flange is thicker than stock. The bolt can very easily start crooked and when that happens it's too late. I had to retap my bolt hole.
