So wassups newest move after scamming me. - Resolved!

FYI for both 1speed3 and wassup61
Paypals customer service is pretty bad, and their policies about offering refunds are as well.

If they give you trouble, call your bank or CC company and get them to go to work for you. They have more power then paypal does, and will fight for you.

In all reality though, if this was a shipping error, the ones you need to be going after is the USPS. Thats what the insurance is for.

like i said on the other forum thanks for the honesty and coming forward with this so we can close this thing out. no fault just a hellova mix up screw pointing fingers lets just get it resolved.

i would say it was an honest mistake and you should wait until all options of resolving the issue are exhausted and all facts are in before you crucify and label somebody as a scammer next time.

i think that goes for everyone that jumped on your bandwagon also in this and the last thread you created about this

seems like it was just one big cluster ****. apologies should be in order by both parties. everyones friends here. hah(upbum)

i agree and here is my formal apology ...

Im sorry for accusing you. Like wise i believe i deserve an apology just at much

I was thinking it could be with shipping company. If the buyer hasnt recieved anything and seller has sent it and has proof. then there was a mix up in the middle. I think this could have been resolved in a better way. I sure did learn from this tho. Communication is key.
