Sleezer1533's 2005 Impreza 2.5RS GC

Got home from work and surprisingly had energy and was in one of those "I want to fiddle with my car a bit" moods so I started by trying a new o2 sensor setup. Basically its the same setup i tried in post 183 but I drilled out the inlet a bit

Then I pulled the skirt from that side and straightened my crushed pinch weld

Then when I had the car idling to reset the computer I took this. Does the ticking concern anyone else or is this a Subaru thing? The video also came out weird, there is an odd pop a little bit in and then the volume gets louder from there on out. But you get the point

I still love the protege, I still get bummed that I sold it right when I dumped a ton of time into it. But Ive always wanted a subie and this is AWD as opposed to WRD, no to mention the protege was cursed lol

Just for old times sake:

Took the car out to play in the snow storm in an empty parking lot
Got a good amount of sliding in, which while it was fun it was very good for me. I have kind of a mental block now that ive totaled two cars from losing grip, so it was good to slid around at slower speeds to see what it takes to control the slide

After about 20mins or so I was escorted out by a sheriff patrol car, he was cool though ... and I quote "I could care less, its just that someone complained"

Hit black ice entering a tunnel, hit wall.
Rear end damage = looking at new rear bumper and rear tailight
Front end damage is bad - impact at front drivers side. Pushed everything in pretty good. At first it looked like just new bumper and fender then I noticed the hood is all wonkey cuz it pushed the "frame" (bit around the grille) in a bit and down.
Can this be straightened or am I sol?
