I was wanting to go with gray from the beginning when I originally painted them but could never find a gray that I liked.

What colour is that chalkboard paint? You could possibly buy an extra hood and have cats draw on your hood? There is a girl around here with a badass boosted Miata with her hood like that and there's always something different drawn on it at meets.
