Sill Drain Holes

Does anyone know how to unclog the drain holes in a 1990 miata .. there is some water collected in the passenger side sill , making swooshing sound ... any clues how to get it out?

take a small screw driver and jam it between the seams. wiggle it around. makes sure to get all 4 corners of the car. when I did mine I had about 1/2 gallon in there.
