Should I buy this used Mazdaspeed turbo for my P5?

An friend of mine has a Mazdaspeed turbo for sale from his wrecked Mazdaspeed protege. Should I buy it? He only wants $350 for it with the manifold and down pipe. The intercooler was trashed so I would need to get it and get my ECU flashed to MSP. What do you think?

Great price for it if it's in great condition. If you have the extra cash, you can't really go wrong. I paid double that for a MSP turbo, manifold, s-pipe and a few other smaller items. Granted, I may have overpaid, but you can't argue with $350.
