I personaly don't think you can find one. Brand new that is. But if you can I wouldn't suggest you getting one for your first car. It kind of forces you to drive on the edge by the way it is desinged and it might not be the safest choice for a first car. But that is just my opinion.

I say wait for the next generation protege. Maybe it'll have more power. If not the next gen protege, get a Sentra SE-R or SE-R Spec V. They're right in the same price range as a new MP3 and I guarantee that there will be more aftermarket for it. I know a couple of salesman at Almaden Mazda. You should have no problem talking them down to MSRP. Make sure you test drive the cars before you settle on one. I wish I had tested the Spec V before I bought the MP3.
