i was thinking about getting a short shifter but didn't kno with one to get or if it is even needed with the msp shifter already being a short shifter. which one is the one to get if i do get one, kartboy, twn, or b&m??

Kartboy will give you the shortest length(stick), and shortest throw.
If your going to go with B&M, go with Megan racing. Its the exact shifter jst alot cheaper in price. I personaly had the Meggan and so did a few of my friends, it worked awsome.
Even if you go with another product, do yourself a favor and get the Kartboy bushings.
yea i too was thinking about a short shifter but hell, not sure if i could handle any shorter...just think you will most likely be hittin the e-brake.....IF i were to get a short shifter, i would most likely go with Kartboy...

You wont hit the e-brake because the travel of the shift will be reduced. And the MSP shifter is short in length, but the travel is insane from one gear to the other. The MP5 has a longer length because there is an adapter on top of the shifter to make it that way.
I have the KB shifter and when I'm in 3rd gear I get a raddle, what could this be? Maybe the exhaust heat shield? how to fix, please help this is annoying.

if it is your heatshield-Tinsnips are enough to trim it. I'd check first though, otherwise you "could" remove the heatshield. I wouldn't recommend it, my car has wires and stuff under the heatshield.

Before I got the new shifter it was fine, after the new shifter was put in I now have the raddle, I did not put the shifter in myself so I don't know what is causing this, anyone else know what this could be?
I have a TWM short shifter kit new and uninstalled for $100.00 shipped...I bought it new for 130 plus shipping. Let me know, thanks

I've seen the Kartboy, however I haven't been able to use it. I have the Fidanza short shifter on my MSP. It works awesome. It's about 1/4 inch taller but approx. 20% shorter throw. Plus it was fairly cheap at $57 new. How much for the Kartboy bushings?
