Shift knob opinion needed

I know I have a shift know fetish or something. I originally got the greddy counterweight (sold it), then the voodoo pearl knob, and bought another greddy counterweight knob.

This was the pic that I took with the greddy cw knob. http://www.msprotege.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=26858

Now I just saw a pic of the ARC titanium oval knob and I need some opinion on which one looks better. I also need the weight too.

thanks

I like the Greddy one more, check out TWM's knobs too. I love mine and it is weighted. I have the gun blue knob (its like a real dark grey), feel is great too.

I bought your same knob and boot after seeing your pics.

I thank you because now it looks awesome and the greddy is much much better.

The other one has a long neck and it is too elongated. Looks like and inverted pear.

Thanks for the feedback. I showed the arc knob to my girlfriend and she said it was extremely ugly (uglier than the teamvoodoo knob).

maybe a dumb question.

What differnce does a "weighted" knob actually make. BTW the way I like the Greddy knob, now only if i could get one saying mazdaspeed

The counter weight shift knobs adds momentum to the top part of your shifter. So it'll take less force to get the shifter moving. The Greddy knob does make a huge difference. When I switched to the team voodoo pearl magnum knob (lighter), I noticed what a the heavier knob made.

The twm knobs are nice and weighs slightly more than the greddys, but I don't like the hexagonal design.

a girl i was with once mentioned using a shift knob to screw herself with.. i know now ARC makes one perfect for it.

use the greddy,

Well, we just released our new bombshell which is a departure from our classic design. By the end of the month there will be 2-3 more shift knob designs which will also be more organic in shape (i.e. less angular)

Here's what the bombshell looks like, I've got one in my car right now and it's an extremly comfortable knob (the heaviest we make as well).
