i have a quick question. how did u stretch the material to it would stay to form?
like did u tape it? or what?
I put aluminum tape on all the edges of the inside trim, then hot glued the fleece to the aluminum. For areas like the bottom where it touches the trim but still has to be thin enough for the door to close, I layed the fleece on foil, put hardener and then trimmed it about a 1/2 inch from where it touches the trim. Then I added a few layers directly on top of the aluminum of just fiberglass, so half of those layers were resting on the fleece, and the other half were resting on the trim that is covered with aluminum tape.

traitorhound, thanks man, your car is gunna be friggin sweet with air ride. I am going the JIC A2 route for performance and adjustability. (I have tein springs now) PM me with some pics of the false floor, I would love to see it.
