Yes 1st MP3...
The SRT4 has power front windows and crank rear ones...
That's not so common in the States but I saw that a lot in South America.
I saw the car personally at a local dealer, and the seats look great, but I can't say more than that since I didn't drive it.
The dashboard is cheap plastic, but that I was expecting it after driving US rental cars for 12 months last year.
The Shift knob at first looks like a nice satin-finish alluminum ball, but then I saw a scratch in it so I went really close and saw a line all around which is the line from the plastic injection process!!!, the shift knob is plastic YESSIRRR...! that's even cheaper than the crank rear windows, since for the windows at least you "could" say its a weight saving measure (STi-wise) but the plastic gearshift knob... C-MON !.
The engine looked neat, the turbo is between the block and the firewall, and I didn't see much isolation there so I was wondering about heat irradiation for a while...
The intercooler looked fine.
From the outside the car simply looks TALL in the back, like it's rised or something like it

wtf: ) but I guess a lowering job and better wheels could make it look very nice indeed...
The car I saw had Michelin Pilots which are THE tires (acording to The Tire Rack user's poll) which is good.
In conclusion, my first impression is, it seems to be a good package for the price, and improving handling (which I hear is already good, although not excellent as the MSP's) is cheaper than improving power.
The car certainly doesn't look as nice as the MSP at least for my taste, but it's not the ugly thing you would think...
The only doubt in my mind is still quality...
I've been reading from owners of the 2nd generation, D/C has improved the car's quality/durability now, but only time will tell.

maybe Newf will tell us overtime hopefully...!
I guess you just couldn't wait for hell to freeze since winter's already gone right ?
Later,
FEDE.
