I was on my way into work tonight, and pulled up behind this at a red light. I think I might've weirded him out when I took the picture -- he kept lookin' at me funny the rest of the way through downtown, haha.

Do you live in isolation? Those are kind of common.

.. I live in the middle of Pennsylvania, the friggin' heart of Hicksville. To see something like that is VERY uncommon. It was a pleasant surprise against the typical backdrop of rusted-out Ford F150's, heh.

haha, i've seen a few 850s around back home. they're nice, but that ant-eater nose gets to me

they are not very common at all. the last one i saw was last year in jefferson city, mo when we had our road challenge. those are nice cars.

Sexy. I believe it was in The Italian Job right? Sorry, don't know my BMW's like I should.

uh...the Aston Martin in the Italian Job?, or was there an 850i?

Anyway...there are couple 850i's that I have seen in town, and on campus...But there is a Gaurd's Red 850CSi out by the Airport...and that is definately rare...850i's are real common in cities and stuff, but not really here...

i think it was in the beginning when the girl meets the rest of the crew. the australian guy pulls up in it.

i wouldn't mind having an 850 to play with. i dont know if i'd want to see the bill though to get anything done on it

wow i was just looking on ebay and you can get one for between 15 and 30k. considering these cost around 100k new that's a pretty good deal :) sucks for the people that bought them new though

Those old 8 series are beautiful. I'd love to have one. I'll see one every now and then around here. They're not the most common car, that's for sure.

I see maybe one 850 a week. I've only seen businessmen driving them! Talk about a yuppie car... but I still love it

actually I read like 70% of the E31 8 series sales were 850i's...which are the v12's...the 840i's (the only V8 model) were only available in 93 I think...or something like that, and same with the 850CSi...which destroyed them all...

I have seen at least 20 850i's in my life in person...and 1 850CSi...and not a single 840i...

I don't think I've ever seen one of those in real life down in redneckville Panama City.
