Hi folks just ordered a cx-5 sport uk model..it has the 5.8 touchscreen without satnav,but can I add it later DIY style? Many thanx for any help...

From what I've been reading, yes. The little cubby hole you have to the left of the steering(or right if your car is right hand drive)wheel would be removed and the nav module put in its place. Some people have even gotten aftermarket ones and have sold the original so maybe you can find one used.

Are you sure it won't have the New satnav, rumour is the same screen as the mazda 3?

With the 3 the nav card goes into a slot in the centre console.

U can order the sport or sport nav ..I went for latter,I don't get it till April just getting parts together save waiting ..thanx fellas...

Well, your best bet is to check with your dealer to be sure it's possible.
