RX8 TPMS in Speed6

Not different than all cars. Just different from other Speed6 owners. I happen to like gadgets and do dads...Come's from being an engineer I guess. Sorry you guys don't feel the same way. I guess I'll whip something up.

[rant]I think it's sad that while other contries are mandating better driver education to reduce car accidents, our's is forcing auto manufacturers to include "saftey features", that only serve to further increase the already high prices we pay for our vechicles, while further dumbing down a driving population that for the most part has no respect for the machine they are driving or the damage they can cause buy failing to maintian it properly... IE checking your damn tire pressures when you pump your gas..

Traction control
Speed controlled power steering
Electronic brake force distribution
Stability control
ABS
Tire pressure monitoring systems
Rear parking assit system
Front parking assist system
Auto leveling headlights
19 ******* airbags
bumpers designed to limit injuries when you run into pedestrians WTF? but they're "necessary"

How many of those are really saftey features, and how many are there just to help poor drivers cope with every day driving situations...If you need your car to beep at you because your about to run over the cub while driving FORWARD into a parking space mabey you shouldn't get behind the wheel. Why don't you do us a favor and get out and let your excursion run you over...[/rant]

A smart car will never be better than a smarter driver..

I agree completely, however that's a euphoric society. I would be completely happy if the idiots had to drive these "safety" cars in order to make me safe. I don't want to be near the idiot that loses control of his car without the Dynamic Stability Control activated....idiot's like that and idiots that drive drunk never hurt themselves. Only others. People have always been ignorant in regards to vehicles, vehicle maintenance and proper driving, that'll never change. I welcome the safety features as I personally feel safer knowing that there's a more intelligent brain in the car than the one that's driving it.
