RX-8 Wheels

I have (4) RX-8 18" wheels that were taken off a friends car @ 2000 miles and stored in his garage. There are no scuffs or scratches but (1) of the wheels had some sort of fluid splashed on it(see photos). Included are center caps and lug nuts/locks.
I live in Rhome, Texas just outside Fort Worth.
Left me know what someone will give me for them. They will be shipped freight collect or picked up/delivered close by in Texas. $400 sounds fair.....
