RX-7 I got one, Who else?

So last night I picked up my '88 RX-7. It's silverish blue with only 80k miles. The body is in excellent condition and the car drives fine. This car has barely seen any road time, the A/C even still works. I'm also curious to know if anyone else here in the isles has an FC (86-91) RX-7. Maybe we can share knowledge and stories with each other. I'll have pictures for everyone later.

How weird, I just picked up a 86 GXL tonight. 183,000 miles, body and interior look good. It had no battery, but the guy said it would start, but when you put it in gear and let the clutch out, it doesnt move. So I figured it was just the clutch worn out. So I offer $700 and he takes it. I get it towed home, put a battery in it and it fires right up. Put it in gear, let out the clutch, and damn if I didn't drive it around the block. Nothing wrong with it. His loss.

It will be rebuilt and turbocharged very soon since the P5 has been de-turboed

Looking at a 90 vert. It's gonna be for the wife, well at least until we find her the Miata she has her heart set on, then I'll be taking over it. However, everything is stil hypothetical. I'll let you know next week if it becomes a reality.

in short yes it's sick! did a couple small drifts last night and i just went sidewards! don't plan to turbo it like everyone says i should. but i did hear that there is a woman kauai that has a '91 turbo II. i was also told she knows jack about the car, so i might be able to trade her my car for her turbo version. i have to go and see it! but if i'm to keep this one, i just want to have it street ported and add intake and an exhaust system. to me it's just about taking good care of it. you don't see to many of the FC's running around anymore. so someday it will be worth something.
