also, her hood props are for a CF hood. The standard hood would be too heavy for them.

I guess that would depend on who did the paint and if they did it properly. I remember Kansei's trials when he bought a used cf hood that had been painted....over 1k later he had it painted to match his car. Of course he wanted it perfect but the first few times the paint peeled right off.

I'm interested in the spoiler....I'll paint it blue and mount it in my son's room as a shelf!

I'm also no paint expert -- BUT from what I understand, repainting my hood in the same 'style' would be fairly easy. As in, so long as the person buying it also wanted the center portion painted, it'd just be a matter of sanding and prepping and laying on new coats of the new color. However, I could be mistaken.

If I can swing it when it goes for sale, I'll leave it how it is... get a little self-contained paint system and cover and re-clear over your production number.

yea as long as you repaint it the way rush did it'd be fine....you won't get the cf to show through again though where it's been painted unless the guy is REALLY talented lol
