Hi everyone, i am new the the Mazdas247 site so i have not really had time to spend days researching this problem i am having and am hoping someone can help me out. I recently got a 2003 MSP with 113xxx km. I replaced the turbo with the stock T25. The car has a SteedSpeed manifold, a fmic, hardpipes, knock off greddy bov, and a full 2 1/2" exhaust. The turbo is pushing 9psi (no idea why, its a brand new waste gate) I am having problems with my car dropping to very low rpms when i press the clutch after having the rpms above 2000. So basically i can never keep the clutch in for more then a second or the car will nearly or even completely stall. If i let the rpms drop with the cars speed, to under 2000, then it works fine. I have no idea whats causing this. I recirculated my bov, but that hasn't helped. I am still getting a little oil leaking from my turbo into the intake, but i don't think its enough to be a big problem. (it passed e-test anyway) This problem is very recent and actually just happened after i replaced my cat. the day after i got it replaced, problems started. I also replaced the egr valve a week ago. I am getting one code that says O2 sensor bank 1 high voltage, but i dont think that is the cause, but probably just a result of the problem. has anyone had this before?
