Rough start?

So I started my car yesterday after not running it for a week and it wouldn't ignite right away as a car would normally would. I started it again before work and it happened. And again after work. It's like it's having a hard time to start?

The only things I've done to my car are pretty much maintenance. I replaced my spark plugs to NGK G-power, flushed the coolant, and changed the oil (but not the filter cuz i had a hard time finding it before but I haven't gotten the time to replace it just yet).

Any ideas would help(wiggle)

If it turns over slowly and then starts, it's probably your battery. I would pull it and get it tested. With the cold weather, dying batteries have even less juice and that could be it.

My car started having intermittent starting problems that got progressively worse before my ignition coils went bad. Have you ever replaced yours?

I haven't checked the battery just yet, but it doesn't turn over slowly, it turns normally but lags when it fully starts, kinda like knocking.

As for my ignition coils, I'm not too sure about that, I have had the car just recently. I got it in july. Could that be the problem?
