Rough Idle

Anyone else having an issue with a rough idle when the cooling fans come on ? I had a squeak from my belts, but it went away when this new issue started. I know my altinator is charging at 14 volts, I tested it.

Again, the rough Idle only happens when my cooling fans come on. Does anyone know the voltage they are pulling? I can test them after work to see if they ar pulling more volts or amps then rated at, that is the only issue I can think of, other then my turbo timer doing something funny by monitoring the voltage.

My MP3 always had a ruff idle too. My belts like to squeek when there a little cold or even slightly damn too.
