Rough Idle + CEL = Vacuum Leak???

I have a question for anyone that can help. Recently after changing my stock turbo inlet to the Cobb turbo inlet and cleaning the Cobb SRI Filter, my car now has a rough idle once it warms up. It also threw a CEL, #P0301, Cylinder No.1 Misfire detected.

The idle is not rough when the car is cold and starts up with no hesitation. Once the engine warms up and the idle RPM's settle to around 800-1,000 it begins to bog a bit, it drops about 50 rpms or so briefly then back up. It won't stall the vehicle, but will just continue to drop to about 680 rpms or so and then back to normal idle which is around 720. It will keep doing this every second or so until it sets off the CEL.

It didn't throw this CEL until a couple of days after I cleaned the SRI filter. I know I didn't over-oil the filter. I even checked and cleaned out the MAF & IAT.

I hooked up my Accessport and checked my vacuum levels at idle. It is only registering around -10.4 to -9.8. Am I correct to assume that I have a vacuum leak? It should be around -20 approximately correct?

I have already checked and double checked all of the worm clamps from the SFI intake all the way back to the turbo inlet. I checked all the other adjacent hoses and clamps & they seem tight too. I still have the factory stock BPV installed too.

I have a spare new Cobb turbo inlet that I never used, should I try installing that to see if there is any difference in vacuum or should I try re-installing the stock turbo inlet? I am baffled at this point and any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here are the mods I have to the car also:

Cobb SF Intake
Cobb Turbo Inlet
Denso ITV 22 (1 step colder plugs)
Cobb TBE
Cobb Stage 2+ SF 93 Map

(The Cobb TBE and Denso plugs have only been on for a month too.)

i had this EXACT same problem 4 days ago. i put in new spark plugs and then gapped to .025 and everything was back to normal.

Check yah plugs. You could of fouled one up. our cars run pretty rich as everyone knows. chance that plugs can go often? also check for holes in vacum line, leaks can drop vac drastically, kinda like it exagerates lol im sure ull find wat happen.

Well, put my stock plugs back in which had only about 10K miles and the car runs perfect. I'll have to check to make sure they're gapped right when I put them back in. Thanks for your help guys.
