Hey guys,

I've posted this on Winnipeg Heights, as well as Zucru, and thought maybe some of you who don't frequent those boards would be interested?

Anyways, I'm just wondering if any of you would be interest in a group buy for some Rota wheels? I'm looking to get a set, but obviously the more sets ordered, the cheaper it is for all of us . Ideally, I'd like to shoot for between 6-9 sets because that is where we can a better deal, and the number of sets is low enough to achieve. From what I've been told, pricing would then be approximately:

$870/ set +tx for 17" Actions
$785/ set +tx for 17" SubZero's
$615/ set +tx for 15" SlipStreams
$710/ set +tx for 16" C8 (aka Circuit 8)
$870/ set +tx for 17" Tarmac II

If there are other styles you'd be interested in please let me know.

This is the final update .

$615/ set +tx for 15" SlipStreams
$700/ set +tx for 16" C8 (aka Circuit 8)
$760/ set +tx for 17" SubZero's
$760/ set +tx for 17" Tarmacs
$760/ set +tx for 17" Formel
$760/ set +tx for 17" Battle
$760/ set +tx for 17" Attack
$840/ set +tx for 17" Actions
$840/ set +tx for 17" SDR

Also, $110 /tire for Kumho 712 or $121/ tire including mounting & balancing. Or, Kumho 711 tires for $105 or $120 mounted & balanced.

Deadline for this GB is Friday Jan 30. A $100 non-refundable deposite is required by then, or the balance paid in full, which ever you prefer.

Yes, I can still get the 712's. I'll have prices for the other tires by the end of the weekend.

Mounting and balancing is not a problem, we just got a brand new tire mounting machine, and wheel balancer, both are state-of-the-art. The wheel changing machine is designed to handle wheels from 15"-26" in diameter, as well as wheels with special finishes i.e.) powder coated, chrome, etc. We also have two brand new lifts desinged for use on lowered vehicles, and a 3-dimensional tire alignment machine.

Yes, our shop - 50 Below Conceptz- officially opens March 1... It's located @ 1687 Dugald Road. The grand opening won't be until streets are clean, perhaps sometime in May.

Prices are as follows for 205/45/17:

Parada Spec-2: $190/ tire + tax
AVS ES 100: $199/ tire + tax
Kumho 712: $121/ tire + tax

Note: All prices include mouting, balancing, and installation.

The 712's are a great value; however, the Yokohamas are a superior tire. It depends on what you are looking for.

Yes, we will also be able to provide tinting.

The day i get my return, i'm coming into your shop and ordering....thanks for all the help. It should be sometime this week. My rims are in Lac Du Bonnet in storage. I'll beable to bring them out in a couple of weeks, but i'm gonna buy all the parts. I took a run past your shop yesterday. Getting pretty excited(2thumbs)
