Roof Rack

I am looking to get a bike roof rack. Does anyone have pics and how easy is it to install? What brand would you suggest?

i have a yakima rack. q clips, 48" bars, 44" fairing. peiced together off craigslist. to put the rack together and get it measured on the car the first time it takes about 1 hour. youtube installation. after that, to take it on and off is 5minutes. i like it because i can take it on and off since i use it mostly in the winter. pics here

have you had any issues with the clips messing up the paint? i'm looking to either get a roof rack or bolt on a hitch. I'd much rather put a rack on, but if it messes up the paint, no deal. if you could post some pics showing how the clips attach, that'd be awesome.

i have not had any, but i take my rack off when i am not using it. if you are really concerned with that take a small piece of clear packing tape and put it on your car where the clips go when using it. that combined with the vinyl on the clips and you should be fine.

That looks good man.

I want a rack with a fairing just so I can put lots of stickers on it. (cabpatch) Don't want to put stickers on the car itself, but fairing is a great place for them.

My stickers will probably mostly be unicorns and bunnies and stuff though.(wiggle)
