Was thinking of getting OEM rails but friend has a newer CX5 and was gifted with Mazda OEM Rails and Crossbars. He's not happy as there are no accessories or even tie downs. Then I thought, Thule has some nice bars and some look like they lock/clamp to the OEM Rails.
Anyone running Thule Aero or other Thule Crossbars with tie down eyes or other accessories? Mainly want to have for either adding bike rack or a ladder. Or even some long items from HomeDepot/lumber yard (moulding/trim). Nothing to heavy.
