If you have the sporty bumpers and side sills, then there are no factory splash guards. You can look around at your local auto store for something generic that may fit on top of the sporty bumpers & side sills - basically make your own solution. However, all of the make your own solutions I've seen on the Mazda3 with sporty bumpers & side sills look ugly and out of place.
