Hey there,

Well I am just a happy camper right now. This is the first time that I have two thumbs up for mazda service. well it's not really mazda that does it but anyways.

I locked my keys in my car at lunch. I call the 1-877 number give them my VIN and boom the guy was there in 15 minutes, I didnt' even have enough time to eat all of my Mcdonalds... LOL

Open my door I signed a paper and gone.

I was surely impressed maybe the dealers should learn a thing or two about service from these guys...

Oh yeah, I am not impressed at how easy it is for people to steal our cars....

jc, is it really easy to steal mp3's?...my alarm wakes up all the neighbors, so hopefully, it's not all that easy.

The sad thing about car alarms is that most people just piss and moan about the racket they cause when they go off.

There was the story here on Long Island a few years ago when the motion alarms first came out and they were so sensitive that a strong breeze would set them off...and did.

Seems that somebody's car kept going off (and the alarm did not reset for a LONG time) repeatedly at night. This went on for the better part of a week until a sleep-deprived neighbor attacked the honking and whooping car with a baseball bat. True story.

The other thing to remember is the real chopshop pros don't care about THE CLUB or alarms. They will scope out cars needed (they have a list) and then use a flatbed to take the car away.
