If you have a header on your car you have got to do the non-fouler trick. It fools the ECU into thinking that the pre-cat (the converter that is in the stock manifold) is still doing it's job because the second O2 sensor gets to sample less of the exhaust gases.

Turbo and FS-ZE isn't going to end well man. Rods are just to weak, I did some calculations a while back that are very rough but estimated dynamic compression with 9psi i got about 13-14 psi. Of course cams etc etc all come into play but at 10.4:1 + ~9psi even it wont end well.
Wont be zoom zoom boom it'll be zoo-boom. Or that's my view, your money and time.
