rev limiter

I was shopping around and a mechanic from bla bla bla shop told me that when I bore out the engine etc etc and turbo it I will need a new rev limitor, what's good?(cost is not an issue) Also what fuel management system can I use because I'm having all custom gears and cams done in this process~(help)


or is a JDM engine the way to go?

the rev limiter is there so you dont over rev the motor.....i dont know how boring out your motor will effect where your rev limiter is.....where is your usable power going to be?

if your going turbo you going to have to get a standalone anywho.....fuel management and abllity to tune is going be adantages for going standalone....

someone correct me if im wrong
