If you are wondering why we were offline, it's because EV1Servers.NET has a policy whereby they call you back to confirm a server, but if they can't reach you in so many days, they put your server on hold.
- Doesn't matter that my billing information is exactly the same as it was for the first server, and that the server was ordered from my account which only I have access to
- Doesn't matter that billing doesn't leave voice messages
- Doesn't matter that billing said they send emails (I received grand total 0 emails asking me to do anything)
- Doesn't matter that today is not a working day and I could very well be very unavailable
