Okay, so I ruined my original gauge cluster with my little project last weekend, so now I'm using a replacement gauge cluster which reads about 30k more Miles than I actually have.

My question is, is there anyway to reset the Odo/cluster info so that it will read the actual mileage from the ECU ? (The actual mileage is stored on the ECU and not the cluster, correct?)

Any help would be appreciated.

I also just replaced my guage cluster and the car reads 2 miles.

Is there a way to get the right milage back on the car without having to take apart the cluster again...?

pls. advise

if the mileage was stored on the ECU, you wouldn't be posting a thread about this now... THINK!

You need to disasemble the cluster and switch over the odometer from your original cluster into the new cluster (Display box), then you will keep your milleage.

Its crappy if your original is Green, and you switch it over to an set of orange light guages.

Its all orange with a green odometer.
