Guys,

Has anybody tried this? Removing the stock catback w/o any cutting? just the catback, not DP or anything like that... Planning on getting a used aftermarket catback but would like to keep my stock catback intact...

If so, what did it involve? How easy/difficult was to do this?

If any cutting is a must, what will the minimum cutting will be?

Thanks

without cutting, the rear subframe has to be dropped. I don't think you'll find a removed OEM CBE that isn't cut. Cutting isn't bad, I used an angle grinder with a cutting wheel and cut where it bends up to go over the subframe.

Cool,
Would there be only ONE cut needed? if so where? If I was to install this catback BACK in the car, would it need to be welded before or after the install? Did a search and can't find much...

Thanks

yea, one cut, right around where the CBE bends up to go over the rear subframe...and if re-installed, it would be welded after it's back in the car.
