Regime change on the badges, and a wax

Hey all,

Just removed my rear badge, filled the holes with hole plugs that I painted and clear coated, and added my favorite mazdaspeed badge back to the vehicle.

let me know what you think.

I am also trying to figure out what to do with the tails. Specifically the inside tails...should I go all red or all black??

Personally I am not up on removing the stock emblem on the trunk because a) you still see the holes and b) I am just not a fan of pulling one emblem off to put another on. IMHO I would say leave the original on or take off the emblem and have the holes filled and re-painted so they look as if they were never there.

In regards to the tails are you referring to the are of the tails that have your reverse lights? or just the brake light area? I think wrapping the tails in black would be cool but if you are just talking about the reverse lights then I would just pop out the crappy halogen bulbs and put in some nice LEDs for reverse lights. Or there is always the expense choice.... buy the Autoexe LED brake light housing for the 2010 MS3. You can find that at the CS website
